Realtiq designs websites for small businesses in Sydney and works with owners across Australia by phone and video. A website designed for your business, not a template with your logo dropped in. Original design, copy written with you, and an online shop, bookings or forms where you need them, put together around what your customers actually do.
Four steps, from the first call to a website that is live on your domain.
1
We talk
A 15 minute call to understand your business, what eats your time and what you want people to notice when they land on your site.
2
A fixed proposal
What we will build, when and what it costs, starting from the prices on this page. You get it in writing before any work starts.
3
We build it with you
We work in stages and you review each one before we move to the next, so there are no surprises at the end.
4
Handover
The site goes live on your domain and we show you how to use and update what we built.
What goes into a website
Every site is put together from the parts your business needs. The design and the words are made for your business, not borrowed from a theme.
01
PagesHome, services, about, contact: written and laid out for your business and the way your customers decide.
02
Online shopCatalogue, variants such as size and colour, payments and shipping, if you sell online.
03
Bookings and formsAppointments, quote requests and enquiries, with an alert to your team and a link to the tools you already use.
04
Copy and structureWorked out with you, so the site explains what you do in plain words and the next step is always obvious.
05
Mobile and speedDesigned for the phone first, since that is where many people will open it, and kept light so it loads quickly.
06
Readable by GooglePage titles, descriptions, headings and structured data set up properly, so search engines can understand what you do and where.
07
Updating it yourselfA walkthrough of how to change text, photos and products without waiting on anyone.
Local SEO
Found on Google and Maps
Every website includes the local search basics, from the A$790 landing page up. They are set up before launch and checked again when the site goes live on your domain.
01
Titles and descriptionsA page title that says your name, what you do and your suburb, a description written for each page, and a share preview for when the link is sent by text or posted.
02
Real text, one clear headingYour services, menu or prices as text Google can read, not words inside images, and a description on every image.
03
Business details for search enginesStructured data with the most specific type for your business, such as café, restaurant or hair salon, with your address, phone and opening hours.
04
Same name, address and phoneWritten exactly as on your Google Business Profile, with a tap-to-call number and a Google Maps link to your place.
05
Sitemap, Search Console and statisticsA sitemap and robots file, the site added to Google Search Console with the sitemap submitted, and simple visitor statistics that use no cookies.
06
Linked from your Business ProfileIf you have a Google Business Profile, the new site is added to it at launch, with you or through manager access you give us.
An honest note: nobody can promise a position on Google. On Maps, your Google Business Profile does most of the work. A good website linked from it helps there and in normal search results, which is why these basics come with every site.
What's included
Original design and build for your brand
Copy written with you, in your voice
A careful mobile version and fast loading
A contact or quote form that reaches you
If you sell: an online shop with catalogue, payments and shipping
Bookings, appointments and links to the tools you already use
A walkthrough of how to update it yourself

Made for your business
We decide the pages and features together, so your website has what your business needs and nothing it doesn't. A plumber in the Inner West, a studio in Surry Hills and a shop that ships Australia wide need different sites, and they get them.

Questions people ask
How much does a small business website cost with Realtiq?
A landing page is A$790 one-off, a business website of up to five pages is A$1,490 one-off and an online shop is A$2,990 one-off. Website care is optional at A$79 a month, month to month.
How long does a website take?
A landing page can be live within seven days. For a bigger website or an online shop, the timeline is set on the first call, once we know the pages and features you need.
Do I own the website and the domain?
Yes. The domain, the hosting and any platform accounts are set up in your name, so they stay yours.
Can I update the website myself?
Yes. Every website comes with a walkthrough of how to change text, photos and products yourself. If you would rather not, website care covers 30 minutes of small changes each month.
Do you use templates?
No off-the-shelf themes. Your website is designed for your business, with your name, your photos and copy written with you, and once you buy a design, nobody else gets it. The platform underneath depends on what you need, for example an online shop platform if you sell products.
Is local SEO included?
Yes, the local basics come with every website: page titles and descriptions, structured data with your address, phone and hours, the same details as your Google Business Profile, a Google Maps link, a sitemap and Search Console. Nobody can promise a position on Google, and we don't.
Will my website work on phones?
Yes. Every site is designed for mobile first and checked on phones before it goes live, because that is where many of your customers will open it.
